Research Research Interests: I am interested in researching areas related to Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) law, such as issues in selection concerning sub-group differences, employment discrimination and workplace sexual harassment. Specifically, I'm interested in researching potential organizational methods which aim to reduce negative experiences of workers belonging to marginalized groups and underrepresented identities.
