Part-time Clinical Assistant Professor Industrial-Organizational Master's Program Beth Demko is a Senior People Scientist at Microsoft with over 20 years of HR consulting experience. She is passionate about helping organizations and leaders thrive, by selecting, engaging, retaining, and developing talent to drive execution of business and people objectives. In her role at Microsoft, she consults with clients using Microsoft Viva, an Employee Experience platform that drives employee engagement and productivity. Prior to joining Microsoft, she was at LinkedIn where she partnered with business leaders to design people-centric solutions to help employees be happier and more productive at work. Before LinkedIn, Beth worked for Kimberly-Clark as a Senior Talent Management Consultant designing solutions and providing consulting in employee engagement, culture transformation, enterprise competency modeling and executive assessment. Before Kimberly-Clark, Beth worked for Development Dimensions International (DDI) in a variety of roles leading large-scale global executive assessment and development programs and coaching senior executives. Her global consulting and coaching experience include clients across a wide range of industries (e.g., consumer goods, retail, manufacturing, healthcare) and experience areas. Dr. Demko earned her BS in Psychology from the University of Kentucky and her PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Central Michigan University.
