Malissa Clark As graduate coordinator, she has received the following grants for the department of psychology: Recipient of Recruitment Enhancement Grant ($1,000) from UGA Graduate School Office of Recruitment and Diversity Initiatives (2021) Recipient of Retention and Inclusion Grant ($5,000) from UGA Graduate School Office of Recruitment and Diversity Initiatives (2021) Served as a committee member for the Hebl Grant for Reducing Gender Inequities in the Workplace (2020). In this role she reviewed proposals for the award. Served as committee member on the department of psychology's diversity committee (2019-2022) Yimin He Mentored underrepresented minority students, providing guidance on academic and career development. Jeffrey Olenick Lead the Creating our Future for Equitable Employment (COFFEE) lab where we study a variety of inclusive excellence issues regarding organizational production of inequality, interventions to address inequality, and personally inclusive behaviors to improve employee well-being. Former member of the Committee on Ethnic and Minority Affairs (CEMA) Mentor, March 2023-December 2023, Society for Industrial-Organizational Psychology and acted as a mentor for a graduate student from a traditionally marginalized group to provide outside perspective on success in graduate school and academia.
