The Leadership and Performance Dynamics (LPD) Lab is an Industrial-Organizational Psychology research lab at the University of Georgia led by Dr. Brian Hoffman. Topics studied in the LPD Lab include leadership, selection and assessment, psychological testing, and changing nature of work.
