Graduate Student My name is Ben Listyg and I’m a PhD Candidate studying Industrial-Organizational (I-O) Psychology at the University of Georgia advised by Dr. Malissa Clark. My dissertation looks at work-family spillover from a neurodiversity perspective by examining the relationship between executive functioning and work-family spillover. Methodologically, I am interested in item response theory, applied graph theory, mixed effect models, and natural language processing.
